A really exciting role has become available for a successful FMCG sales professional with a food and grocery background to join my client as their new National Account Manager focusing on developing a major licensed health foods brand.
My client is a dynamic and entrepreneurial SME based in the South East (Uxbridge), an importer and distributor of international foods as well as being brand owners themselves.

National Account Manager - Health Foods
Description
The National Account Manager - Health Foods will:-
- develop robust customer account plans for Tesco, Asda and Sainsbury's to deliver budgeted sales and profit targets
- develop great, long lasting customer relationships
- be responsible for pricing, promotions and all customer terms and investment
- grow distribution in these accounts, unlocking opportunities to increase ranges
- build an NPD strategy and plan for the brands
- produce accurate base and promotional volume and sales forecasts
Profile
The National Account Manager - Health Foods will:-
- have experience across the grocery multiples
- a track record of unlocking new opportunities across private label and branded food
- have a good understanding of licensed brands
- have excellent attention to detail as well as strong presentation, communication and financial skills
- have experience of building and launching NPD plans
- have a passion for food and ingredients - ideally have passion also for health foods
- have a background in building long lasting relationships with key grocery customers
- be able to get to the Uxbridge office a min of 3 days per week
Job Offer
£55,000 to £65,000 basic salary + £400/month car allowance + annual bonus + benefits
