National Account Manager | Lincolnshire | Horticulture Salary - dependent on experience About Our Client
Based in Lincolnshire, our client is a well established yet still up and coming Horticulture business based in South Lincolnshire. They have had a phenomenal year and as a result need to ensure they have the right resources in the Commercial team to manage their customers effectively. The business is very hands on and need someone that works well under their own steam and is driven to get the best results. About the Job
You will be responsible for managing a key growth area within one of their largest retail customer accounts. Communication is going to be crucial as they operate in a very fast paced environment which can change very quickly and you need to be on top of this. You would be working closely with the Head of Commercial and supporting them with bigger projects as well. The Ideal Candidate
You will ideally have a few years' experience working in an account management / commercial management role with retailers. Fresh produce or horticulture experience is going to be important. You will have a proven ability to build good relationships with your Buyers, as this will be core to helping the business with their plans.
