This is an exciting role to work in a critical growth area for our client, in a highly entrepreneurial team.
As the Head of Sales you will lead the sales cycle for the business unit, you will be expected to drive extreme focus on sales performance across the team. An important part of this role will be to create and introduce the necessary sales strategy and processes to drive focus and rigour in our clients forecasting to sales conversion. This role is vital for our client to get right, you will be an inspirational member of the senior leadership team.
- Be an experienced Sales Leader ideally in drinks & machines
- Have experience working in a business that provides to workplaces, leisure and hospitality.
- Be able to create strategic plans and business cases with clear commercial outcomes
- Evidence of building strong relationships with customers
- Be able to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Leadership skills and ideally of created a high performing team currently or previously
- Preferably be degree educated or equivalent
