This is an SME style business bats in the court like a big player when it needs to.  The overall impact has created a niche nimble game maker in their chosen category who has earned the respect of their customers.  And the consumers love their products!

To continue this success, the Commercial Director wishes to appoint an individual to lead growth in non UK based customers who could include those in Europe and the US amongst others, through engagement of category principles and engagement of innovative NPD.

From inception you will be leading sales initiatives across multiples channels to increase both volume and value, whilst maintaining existing retail and distributor accounts.  During these initial on-boarding months your internal support will be limited so that ability to stretch and multi task across a range of customers and activities is essential.

Having delivered sales growth, you will be expected to grow your team that will deliver the customer you have already secured.  The rest is down to you

This is an environment for those yearning freedom from the corporate glue of large multinationals as there will be few “policies and procedures” but plenty of freedom.  So you must be self-organised and motivated to deliver in a fast paced and uncompromising environment

With 5-10 years’ experience in a commercial function this will provide an opportunity to develop your career and lead to future promotion and development.
