Job Details

As Key Account Manager you will be in charge of Boots, WHSmith and Superdrug accounts. You will also be managing SpaceNK and Department Stores (John Lewis, Harvey Nichols, Fenwick) key brands. But also you will prospect any new Key Accounts in line with the brands strategies.

My client is a major player in skincare, thanks to core brands at the heart of their portfolio. Going against the flow of mainstream cosmetics, my client has stood out right from its beginning, by putting biology at the heart of their innovations.

  • Overachieve weekly, monthly sales target per brand, range, SKUs and campaigns.

  • Be the team expert in Key Account negotiations, nurturing close relationships with our retailers and sales teams.

  • Lead the Key Account strategy, brand growth and prospect the best beauty partner to work with off-line.

  • Account Management of our main retailers and reviewing any new business opportunity.

  • Strong collaboration with our national sales and marketing teams to provide recommendations to drive our growth.

  • Ensure clear forecasting, trending and reporting for key accounts; flagging weekly risks and opportunities to Management.

  • 5+ years' experience working in a similar position for a beauty brand as a KAM selling to leading brick and mortars stores

  • Experience with B2B Online Sales and Digital Marketing, you have implemented strategies that drove online sales of your retailers

  • You have a proven record of successful negotiations with large FMCG retailers

  • B2C experience and deep understanding of B2C transactions, customer journey, purchase journey, checkout

  • Understanding of promotions rebates, commercial cycles, and merchandising.

  • Analytical and data-driven; you love using stats and numbers to make decisions and prove your point
