Our client are growing in Tesco. Their biggest account, they supply private label and branded product across all of the sweet snacking categories that they operate in.

The relationship is built on a history of trust. Constant investment in the team, the products and the sites ensure that they remain the partner of choice. 🥂

You’ll have a background in Top Four grocery management, ideally balancing a private label and branded portfolio. You’ll need teeth, depth of experience and you’ll love leading from the front. Influencing at all levels, you are the conduit that people use to get things delivered with the customer and to ensure that the business runs smoothly, anticipating problems before they arise. 🏄🏽‍♀️

The opportunities to develop with the business are strong and this role will lead naturally into a weightier sales leadership role. 🏋🏿‍♀️

Ideal for a NAM or Commercial Manager with a sizeable P&L (ideally north of £30m), looking to step up, you’ll be managing a NAM in your team and potentially an NAE too. This is a great opportunity to step into man management or to round off your CV and pick up Tesco having looked after a sizeable piece of business on another Top 4 account.
