The UK Head of Sales position is one of the most pivotal roles in the company. You will be responsible for the whole of the UK market (excluding Amazon and the Big Potato website). This includes Grocery, Value and Department store customers, as well as managing their small but hard-working UK sales team. Your role will be to grow existing accounts as well as secure new business whilst mentoring the rest of the team to develop their territories. The role would be a maternity contract for around 12 months dependant on start date.
The ideal applicant would have a strong background in the non-food sector, with experience across the grocery and value channels as well as having a proven track record securing new business across these markets. Team management experience is preferred, a personal enthusiasm for Big Potato products is essential. An outgoing and personable character who is passionate about their work would fit in perfectly to this successful and tight knit team.
