Silvery Tweed Cereals is a family-owned business with a state of the art facility and a reputation for supplying premium grain and seed products to food manufacturers across bakery, breakfast cereal, biscuit, snack and brewing categories.

We’re looking for someone dynamic to lead our professional, friendly and creative team as Head of Sales helping us build on more than 175 years of innovation and success, adding value to market leaders in the baking and cereals industries throughout the UK and Europe. 

Food industry experience would be beneficial, but is not essential.  

Our facility is based in Berwick upon Tweed and our customer base is countrywide. Therefore a mix of working onsite and remotely will ensure that you can achieve the continued development of profitable sales with new and existing customers. 

Working within a small senior team you will have profit and loss responsibility, setting budgets and influencing wider business plans. You will also be responsible for the management and continued development of a small commercial team, which includes sales and NPD.
