As an International business they are at the forefront of state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment. Their UK business is involved in ensuring their equipment is in constant use within National Health Service Hospitals, Private Hospitals, Medical Research companies and some Universities. The business continues to grow and needs a Regional Sales Manager.
Selling a portfolio of diagnostic equipment to pathology labs throughout the region.
Spending time with laboratory managers, pathologists, and medical staff ensuring equipment is ordered on a regular basis.
A multi-tiered sales approach will be needed as you will also need to deal with procurement.
The ability to drive sales and react quickly to opportunities.
The ideal person:
Sales driven within an ethical approach, backed with the ability to close a sale.
Will have the drive and a real hunger for sales success.
An ability to understand the needs of different medical providers.
Some understanding of the NHS buying process is beneficial.
A classic science or sports science background is essential.
