Our client is an extremely innovative, market leading Blue Chip FMCG Drinks business with some of the biggest brands on the planet. Not only are they category leaders but also take pride in their employee’s development and training; in turn making employee progression and satisfaction, their main priorities. They are currently seeking an experienced Activation / POS Manager to join the team!

Title: Activation Manager – POS

Location: Office based West London (post covid)

Salary: Up to £40k plus bonus, pension, private healthcare

The role:

  • To ensure the brand is no.1 in store through activating first class shopper marketing campaigns and providing premium point of sale tools.
  • Taking responsibility for identifying opportunities within off premise customers to drive in-store activations, in line with brand and commercial plans
  • Work with the sales team to support ad hoc customer activity opportunities and promotions
  • Present brand plans internally and externally
  • Will remain close to the numbers to ensure successful ROI of in-store shopper marketing campaigns

The successful candidate:

  • Will be working within an Activation or Shopper Marketing role currently for an FMCG branded player
  • Possess experience launching successful shopper marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication, organisation and presentation skills
  • Project management skills
