  • This Shopper Marketing Manager role is ideal for an individual who wants to progress their career in an environment with development opportunities

The role:

  • As Shopper Marketing Manager you will lead the development and execution of the commercial marketing calendar and will work cross functionally with marketing, buying, merchandising, insights etc to execute best in class seasonal events and promotions
  • Shopper Marketing Manager will innovate how trade is driven and will own the execution of campaigns in the commercial calendar
  • You will balance the needs of the customers and suppliers to create customer centric propositions. In addition you will own the date and commercials to drive growth and profitability
  • As Shopper Marketing Manager you will lead projects from start to finish bringing different teams on the journey as the campaigns are brought to life

Ideal candidate:

  • The Shopper Marketing Manager must have commercial marketing experience gained from either FMCG or a food retailer
  • You will have excellent communication skills and a proven track record of building fantastic relationships internally and externally
  • You will be results orientated, proactive and focused on delivery of successful outcomes. It is essential to have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management and organizational skills are essential
