We have grown to a team of 20, expanding into other digital and technical areas in both the UK and International markets. The Health & Beauty sector has grown substantially over the years and has become one of the most consistently high-billing industries here at Clear Edge. We have a strong client base across Cosmetics, Personal Care and Health, predominantly recruiting Senior Sales, Marketing and Digital positions. With future growth expected, we are now looking to add to the team.

This is a 360 opportunity, where you will be expected to secure new business as well as identify and attract candidates to our roles. This is a fantastic desk as the database is up to date with relevant contacts and active clients therefore there will be minimal cold calling when conducting new business. In addition, this is an opportunity to develop international markets as well as the UK where the health and beauty industries are thriving regardless of the pandemic. Depending on your level of experience, a significant training plan will be developed around you to ensure you are set up for the best chance of success.

To be considered for the opportunity you will ideally have a passion for all things health and beauty. A few years’ experience in a recruitment role would be preferred, however a background in sales and business development would be considered.  A tenacious, positive and personable attitude would fit in well to this successful team.
