Working for a Global Consumer company you will be responsible for identifying and developing long term sales strategies based on the existing brands and NPD. You will have complete ownership of the P&L product portfolio and be tasked with achieving sales targets.

Client Details

Our client is a global consumer goods business leading in lifestyle, beauty and cosmetic brand. Their core markets range within Beauty, Oral Care, Skin Care and Hair Care.

  • Oversee Direct Sales, Wholesales and Distributors Management

  • Manage the sales forecast, prepare the monthly sales report and analysis

  • Build up strong business relationship with Key Accounts (Supermarkets and Drugstores)

  • Drive the retail sell in / sell out, grow the market share and optimise the sales revenue

  • Drive the trade marketing to boost the sales revenue and enhance the customer's awareness

  • Beauty & Cosmetics experience preferred

  • Well understanding in customer's needs and shopping habits in consumer goods sector

  • Good business relationship with local retailers

  • Understand Category Management principles

  • Sales driven, ambitious, proactive and collaborative team player

  • Proven track record of Sales and Account Management

  • Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills
