I am currently working with an expanding and driven Payroll Services company who are seeking a highly driven, ambitious and professional Sales Executive to spearhead the organisations new business and help bring on new clients.

My client has 22 years of business success, growing organically until now where they have set in stone building blocks to take their company to the next level. Having decided now is the right time to proactively expand their business bringing on board new team members, developing the businesses strategies and processes. They are a standout business within the Payroll sector helping clients to save time and money whilst keeping their employees happy.

  • Managing the sales process from first contact to getting the first discovery meeting booked
  • Qualifying sales opportunities in a first discovery meeting
  • Responding to enquiries in line with their SLA
  • Being a wow first impression to our potential customers
  • Use CRM to track and report on sales activity metrics
  • Developing, following and iterating an inbound lead management process to maximise the conversion rate from inbound lead - first meeting booked
  • Nurture relationships with leads until the timing is right
  • Work closely with the sales executive to ensure a smooth hand off from SDR to AE
  • Develop your skills as an SDR through attending sales calls
  • Ownership of your development, including as a sales professional and understanding of our industry
  • Pursuing MQLs in an outbound sales plan to generate meetings


- Experience in outbound lead generation through a variety of activities

- Working to a timely manor on inbound leads

- Proven success in booking first stage meeting with new business clients

- A willingness to succeed through being driven and ambitious, wanting to exceed targets

- Ability to work in a collaborative nature with the rest of the sales team and wider team

- Building trust and report with clients
