To deliver profitable growth and excellent execution within the Morrisons customer team, by partnering with key strategic contacts across the Morrisons business and leading internal cross-functional teams to help create and deliver the company and account strategy.

Description

To manage the strategic relationships with key Morrisons stakeholders to help evolve the category from baby feeding to a broader early life nutrition focus.

Leverage cross functional working to develop new initiatives that can help Morrisons support parents with the best possible offer in early life nutrition

Agree and deliver Joint Business Plans which meets the budget expectation of the business

Create and deliver a plan across all the formats of the customers' business

Secure listings and display support in line with Channel/Customer guidelines

Consistently sell the company strategy at buyer level and beyond

Provide timely and accurate volume and financial forecasts

Manage cost price increases when required

Build and present customer account reviews to key internal stakeholders

Represent the sales team on cross functional work streams



Profile
  • Graduate calibre with a track record of delivery and career progression gained with other leading branded FMCG, Health & Beauty or OTC businesses
  • Full P&L customer management pref. grocery or sizeable retailers
  • Clear evidence of delivering exceptional results within commercial roles
  • Experience managing a top 4 customer with joint business plans is essential
  • Awareness of and experience of cross functional working with category management and shopper marketing is preferable
