Our client:
- An international branded and own label premium food manufacturer
- Excellent organic growth as well as bolstering their product portfolio through a string of acquisitions
- Cash rich, with great financial backing
- Diverse and secure customer base which has allowed them to navigate recent pressures virtually unscathed
- Now seek to recruit a growth driven NAM/SNAM to take responsibility for their Discounter Channel.
The role:
- Suitable for a NAM looking to take on more responsibility OR
- A SNAM who is looking for the opportunity of future leadership and growth
- Take responsibility for their Discounter Channel with full P&L responsibility
- Get creative with the commercials to drive profitable bottom growth
- Identify and hunt out new business opportunities to recognise the channels true potential
- Own and negotiate your JBP and be responsible for driving the commercial strategy within channel
Ideal candidate:
- Will be driven and hungry with an eye for identifying growth opportunities
- Could be either a NAM or SNAM as there is an opportunity to hire on potential, not just experience
- Will be commercially astute with experience managing a significant P&L
- Has a background managing retail customers in Convenience, Discounter or Grocery Channels
- Be able to demonstrate customer prioritisation to drive growth
