Due to planned growth my client is looking to strengthen its sales force with the key appointment of an individual to cover Lancashire, Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire.  The company supply kitchen door fascias and accessories to trade customers, mainly retail showrooms (many of which are independent family businesses).  

The day to day job involves servicing current customers and increasing the turnover with them, as well as developing new business with showrooms, carcase manufacturers and the contract/developer market.

A respected market leader within the Kitchens, Bedrooms, Bathroom sector, who have experienced rapid growth over the last 10 years are looking to expand their sales force with the key recruitment of an additional sales professional to cover Lancashire, Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire.

The company pride themselves on the quality of their products and the service they provide. Most of the products are wither sourced from top end suppliers (who the company have dealt with for over 15 years), but recently they have heavily invested in their own manufacturing capabilities within the last 12 months.  The company’s ethos is to focus on predicting future trends by bringing new products to market, as well offering the products that are popular today.

With the product range, company strategy, USPs, the support of management and colleagues this is a fantastic opportunity for a successful individual to further their career.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

The successful individual must have experience within the KBB sector Kitchens, Bathrooms, Ceramic Tiles and Sanitaryware sectors, preferably in a field sales role.

Ideally you will have the following skills;

Collaborative in approach – a team player, end goal focused, persistent-ability to work towards longer term objectives, strong verbal ability- able to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels, organised, self motivated, numerate and analytical, ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
