This role will take responsibility for the leadership of a team of national and key account managers.
The business has stable ownership and a growth mentality. It is an exciting time in their development as they are looking to significantly expand. They are an established supplier into retail with some very strong customer relationships and this role will work closely with the MD to set strategy, grow the business through new product supply and increasing their customer base.
I am considering people who have managed national account managers and have a good understanding of supplying to retail multiples.
The business are south east based but the location is flexible in England - Southern based around London would probably work best.
