NPD Manager

It’s always difficult working out how to advertise a role, one NPD Manager’s role is the same as the next right?

But, being a recruiter, I should probably give it a go… particularly for this one as it looks like it could be a blinder for the right person.

Here’s the scoop:

• Scale – Huge Site – One of the Biggest of its kind in Europe
• Exposure – Major Retail Customers (it’s easier to tell you the people these guys don’t work with)
• Progression – Clear Development Opportunity
• Respect – Major Player with Significant Commitment Long-Term from Customers
• Product – Chilled, High-Care, Complex Added Value Products into Retail (it doesn’t get more exciting than that right?)

Your business, like many others, may be in a holding position. The customers are putting big projects on hold and it feels like your leadership team lack the vision to engage the Retails in their forward planning. The factory feels a bit tired too… and it’s not hard to see how the competition will be pulling ahead of you when it comes back strong in 2021.

Different story for our client. Substantial investment in capability across a chilled product everyone is looking for. In fact, our client has had to invest in capacity continually for the last year to ensure that they can deliver on demand.
