The role of the Sales Executive here at Diageo is to sell in and activate our exciting portfolio of products (incl. Guinness, Smirnoff, Gordons….) across total beverage alcohol to city center outlets.  The role will own the development of 300-400 accounts.  The primary focus will be to secure distribution.  Second to this, you will be activating across the portfolio ensuring that great looking great tasting drinks are visible and delivered on every occasion. Whether you have just graduated and looking for that first step into a class leading business or have recently left school and gone straight into work but you believe you have much more potential, we want to hear from you!

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Securing distribution points across the Diageo portfolio in 300-400 accounts
  • Activating brands at the point of purchase
  • Achieving monthly sales targets
  • Responsible for developing customer relationships across the account base
  • Playing a key role as part of a wider team, responsible for the overall performance in the city
  • Responsible for the quality and serve standard of Guinness Draught

  • A fantastic track record of delivering in your current role (it doesn’t need to be in the drinks industry!)
  • Relationships – Has the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Target Driven – comfortable in target driven environment.
  • Team player – will be a key member of the wider city team.
  • Organized – can manage a host of priorities.
