Brand Sales Manager:

Tees Limited is part of TFC holding groups of companies, operating for over 30 years. Our customer base includes all of the major supermarket chains, discount stores, national wholesalers, retail groups, and cash&carry outlets. We also supply direct to retail outlets throughout the UK.

Tees is an international brand-driven company and our brand-driven company and our brand have been in the UK market since 2000. Many of our products suitable for vegetarians

Our products are of the highest quality and our suppliers are monitored on a regular basis to help to maintain the efficiency of our supply chain.

The LTD represents ETI Biscuits and cakes in the UK., the largest producer of biscuits and cakes in Turkey.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help us establish our cakes and biscuit.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

• We are looking for a Sales and Brand Manager professional who has experience working within the cakes and biscuit market.
• Hitting monthly brand sales and margin targets.
• Strong affiliation and relatability to the brand and target consumer is a must. We are looking for a genuine advocate of the portfolio.
• The UK and or global marketing/activation experience ideally in relevant cakes and biscuit categories. Must be passionate about brands and bringing them to life.
• Keen understanding of commercial impact work has on the business.
• Passionate about understanding and delivering on consumer needs through brand strategy and marketing execution.
• Strong presentation skills independent thinking – We want to shake things up and not churn out the expected!
• Ability to work under pressure, handling conflicting tasks, and present data as info.
• Excellent in developing relationships and demonstrate effective communication.
• A creative thinker and effective cross-functional communicator.
• Report to the Managing Director on a weekly basis.
• Self-motivated.
• Hold a fully UK Driver`s license
