This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well known beauty business as a Junior National Account Manager - Beauty. My client has a number of award-winning, sustainable beauty brands and they are looking for a hungry, driven candidate who is eager to learn and develop a career. My client will look at someone with sales experience or a graduate with a passion for the beauty industry.

My client, based in Berkshire, are a very well established beauty brand with a number of award winning sustainable brands. They have a very experienced sales team and are looking for someone who is eager to learn and develop a career while gaining excellent exposure to grocery (Asda) and high street (Boots) accounts, as well as managing your own P&L.
Description
Reporting into the sales director but working closely with the national account managers, you will support on both UK and international accounts. You will support the national account manager on an Asda and Boots P&L as well as managing a few accounts and having full P&L responsibility for those accounts.
This role is a great opportunity to work on some exciting brands, gain excellent exposure to some of the UK's largest retailers, as well as developing the knowledge and skills to manage and grow a P&L.
You will work within an established sales team as well as working very closely with the marketing and supply chain teams.
Profile
Junior National Account Manager - Beauty:
- A proven track record in an FMCG / Beauty sales or retail role
- My client will also consider a graduate who has a passion for the beauty industry
- A passion for the beauty industry
- Enthusiastic, passionate and self motivated approach
- A real hunger, desire and energy to learn and succeed
- Ability to work well in a highly pressured environment
- Strong IT skill set - especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Full, UK driving license
- Commutable to East Berkshire 2 - 3 days a week
