The role is to drive new business and listings for frozen and chilled ranges that will deliver both profit and growth. A transitioning culture that wants to be ahead of the curve by developing new business plans and sales strategies that create need within major multiples. Your key performance indicators will include developing relationships cross functionally, driving sales and managing trade promotional spend, whilst developing retailer category plans ensuring they integrate with company and sector strategy.
Ideal candidates will have a background in FMCG company that has provided them with classical sales training and an understanding of the core needs of account management. However, we want someone who has the drive and commitment to grow the business. An ability to manage complex negotiations backed up with a grasp of category management is essential.
