Head of Sales – Vegan

Home Based with Southern office

We have been exclusively engaged to support a hugely ambitious and well-backed business operating in the Vegan market.

The business is looking to add a Head of Sales to the commercial team to oversee a team of 4. You will be instrumental in the UK operation overseeing all grocery retail accounts and delivering ambitious growth plans for the business.

You will be sit in the senior UK leadership team and have full accountability for Grocery, Convenience and Discounters. You will responsible for the delivery of the UK Nest sales and margin on a monthly basis. Reporting directly into the UK MD you will help drive the business forward, being the main point of contact for major UK retailers, whilst developing a team to work towards a collective goal.

With the growth in the vegan market, this is a brilliant time to join an inspiring business that is looking to grow tremendously over the coming years. You will be instrumental in the growth of the business. As such you will have over 5 years’ experience in a leadership role and will have current experience managing major UK grocery accounts.

Requirements

  • Some knowledge of Vegan market place ideally currently working in this market
  • Track record of developing relationships with Major Grocers
  • Ability to grow, recruit and coach a team
  • A “get things done” mind-set
  • A demonstrable level of excitement in the food industry
