Make no mistake this is a busy job, and although we want you to have fun, you will need to be able to work at speed, on multiple tasks simultaneously, working alongside customers and colleagues alike to ensure the smooth running of our sales and ordering process. Add to that dealing with freight companies, arranging deliveries, customer returns, and providing support to both the sales and the supply chain functions. And if you can spin plates, or juggle that would be a bonus too !
To be considered for this exciting role you should be an accomplished Customer Services professional, from a consumer goods or FMCG background ( either food or non-food ), and have worked in a similar sales support role either currently, or in the recent past.
Our Wish List.
You should be competent using a SAP sales ordering system ( or similar ), as well as having a good level of IT literacy, including the use of V Look Ups and Pivot Tables on Microsoft Excel. And just as important you should be able to provide top level customer service, as you will be looking after some fairly major retailers ( think Asda, Sainsbury’s Tesco, Argos, Selfridges and the like ).
In return for your dedication and effort we will pay a competitive salary of between £19,000 to £24,000 pa depending on experience.
