The FMCG business is based in the West of London and have a Category opportunity that will be responsible for the continued growth of their UK market.
The Own label and Branded products are already successfully launched in various well-known Retailers, and are seeking that special strategic mind set to achieve further growth in additional UK retail environments.
With 3-5 years’ solid experience in a commercial category function this will provide an opportunity to develop your career through training and development of your existing skills.
Must be self-organised, motivated, have illustrate the passion and aptitude to operate in this fast paced but exciting action driven environment to create exciting insights and category strategies to win.
Lead and grow preferred supplier status through trust, expertise and the proactive management of category strategies and plans, adapting these to the changing needs of the consumer.
Must have strong analytical and numerate skills to derive insight from multiple data sources such as Neilson, Kantar, Retail Link, Dunnhumby and Aimia along with effective spreadsheet analysis skills working with large numeric data sets. With the ability to identify not just market trends but future opportunities that can be capitalised upon.
