We are working with a well-established business that manufactures and sells high quality ingredients across the food industry. They supply across all channels including retail and B2B.
Due to continued success they are looking for a new General Sales Manager to join their expanding team. The business remains highly profitable, and they have enjoyed extensive growth in recent years. Due to this success, they have recently invested a considerable amount into building a state of the art manufacturing facility to support their continued expansion.
Your role will be to help lead a team of territory managers to help maintain and develop existing new business selling to multiple B2B accounts including manufacturers and wholesalers.
You will be in charge of continuing relationships with current customers as well as developing and growing new relationships. Reporting into the Managing Director directly you will gain great exposure within the company.
To be considered for this role you will need proven selling experience preferably within the food industry and be able to show examples of sales growth and developing new relationships.
You must be a self-motivated, organised and determined individual who is able to deliver the highest level of customer service with the ability to lead and manage a professional sales team.
