Job Description: MyPS Analyst
We have a fantastic opportunity available! We're looking for an analyst based at Ferrero Head Office, Greenford and Field Sales Solutions in Thame (2 days each office & one day WFH).
If you have experience with data and an advanced level of Microsoft Office skills, then we would love for you to get in touch. You would be delivering tactical objectives of the UK & Ireland Field Sales team. This is your opportunity to work for Field Sales Solutions, a leading field marketing company, representing the fastest growing confectionery company in the UK, Ferrero!
Pay: £30,000 plus car allowance.
What will you be doing?
- Using a variety of sources (i.e. Market Data, Consumer Data, Trade Information and internal data collection from the field team) to create selling stories for channels/customers
- Making recommendations on where to invest resource, based on your analysis of promotional activity
- Supporting the building of standardised blitz templates for key drive activities
- Delivering the business priorities and KPIs (alongside Channel Heads)
- Monthly Field visits to ensure consistency in ways of working between Field Execs and Field Operations
What you will need…
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office required, especially excel (experience of pivot tables required)
- Power BI experience an advantage
- Good head for numbers (A-Level Maths or above preferable)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to deliver proposals based on analysis
- Experience of working within FMCG (Field Sales experience beneficial)
- A full clean UK driving license
