The role for the SME Channel Development Manager will be to grow and develop relationships, driving opportunity in the Mobile B2B space.

The SME Channel Development Manager:
  • Deliver agreed target sell out and sell in revenues from BT/EE's SME division to contribute to the overall BT/EE B2B quarterly targets
  • Key targets will include performance against strategic priorities defined at HQ and local level as well as growth in market share, ASP and B2B share of overall operator account
  • Build and deliver commercially viable propositions across strategic products (Enterprise Edition and Rugged) to grow market share and revenue in each of BT/EE's SME business channels
  • Build and sustain close relationships with BT/EE's Partnership team, trading teams, heads of channel and channel teams to role out key initiatives across SME
  • Co-ordinate and manage the engagement of the BT/EE dedicated Business Product Specialist including their engagement in call centre and retail stores to ensure on strategy business messaging and alignment with active propositions whilst ensuring the Digital presence and propositions are executed to ensure success in an evolving market
  • Develop commercial propositions and work with Channel Marketing managers to ensure the lead propositions are executed flawlessly
  • Identify and develop opportunities achieve growth in leasing and services in addition to the core business of mobile (smartphone and tablet)- Build and execute a channel account plan to ensure BT/EE effectively position products and services


To be successful, the SME Channel Development Manager will:-
  • Be a seasoned and respected relationship management professional having worked in the same (or similar) industry
  • Have excellent analytical skills, coupled with high attention to detail.- Experience in commercial planning, forecasting and stock management
  • Posses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with Telco B2B executives
  • Be an extraordinary communicator - the ability to present openly and effectively in 1:1 and 1: many environments, across all levels of an organisation from CxO to Sales teams
  • Demonstrate agility and resilience to work and influence within a Samsung matrix environment at a Local, Regional and Worldwide level
  • Encompass real passion for learning new things, continuous improvement, sharing best practices
  • Thrive in a fast moving, high growth environment.
