Description
  • To create the UK National Sales strategy with the Commercial Director and board.
  • To monitor performance against the strategy and report on performance, along with recommendations to further accelerate revenues growth
  • Fully responsible for the UK National Sales


  • Expand NPD into UK distribution


  • Work closely with the Sales Managers to motivate and develop their abilities
  • Create JBPs with wholesalers and key accounts and excel against these targets


  • Develop relationships with UK key independent account to further encourage brand presence in these stores and lead to an optimal relationship



  • Create a marketing plan for UK sales account which grows sales, profitably and delivers in line with the national marketing strategy
