Our colleagues in the Marketing teams are looking for a new Category & Shopper Marketing Manager  

We’re looking for a curious mind that will be comfortable being the voice of the Shopper and Customer that will ensure we deliver a triple win: Win for the Consumers/Shoppers; the retailer and Kellogg’s. We are counting on your knowledge and experience to create and deploy best in class customer and shopper engagement strategies. In this role you will partner closely with Marketing and CBU channel manager to develop channel strategies and 6P Perfect Store Blueprints .

As we’re putting our hearts and souls into the future of food, we’ll be looking at you to help and support our innovation pipeline by creating actionable insights driven toolkits. We’re looking for someone who is results oriented self starter with that is highly knowledgeable in data analytics and trend forecasting. Your work will support our Category Strategy, Customer Relationships and Commercial plans.

With experience of 8 to 10 years in the FMCG industry and at least 5 years in the Category Management you are aware of the dynamics of the industry and are able to balance long term strategical goals with day to day operational requirements.  You will be tasked with evaluating interpreting and translating financial impact, ROI and overall program performance. The owner of this role should display courage and manage conflicting agendas through fact based resolution of debates.
