Description
The Head of Retail & Commercial Sales - Fitness Tech will:
- be responsible for managing retail (initially John Lewis & Selfridges) and the b2b / commercial sales channels
- build strategic relationships, driving sales and profitability
- responsible for leading retail experience shop in shops, field sales demonstrators and driving revenue / profitability goals with channel partners across the UK
- have a unique remit for sourcing / partnerships, design development and sales of the UK lines in apparel and its leadership across sales channels
Profile
The Head of Retail & Commercial Sales - Fitness Tech will:
- have a proven track record of positioning premium brands across sales channels in highly competitive markets
- be strong on leading through influence, collaborating cross-functionally
- play an integral part in creating a consumer-savvy, key account management culture
- have experience in recruiting and leading the development of a high-performing the sales team
- be well-educated to degree level
- have experience of new business generation across b2c and b2b
- have experience of managing retail customers to include John Lewis and Selfridges + others
- be strong analytically, have very high level presentation and communication skills
- be nationally mobile - we are flexible on location to an extent, however we need someone to have access regularly to the South East England region
- perhaps have had some European and International experience on top of their domestic experience
- come from a Sports, Fashion/Apparel, Tech, Fitness Equipment background
- be a positive, energetic, driven individual outgoing and bring a great vibe with them!
Job Offer
£75,000 to £85,000 salary (this includes car allowance) + excellent annual bonus
