Head of Sales Western Europe

Title: Head of Sales Western Europe

Department: Global Sales team

Reports to: General Manager of Europe

Workplace: Home based - Italy, France or Spain

Subordinate: TBC

Job Objective:

This opportunity is for an experienced Sales leader to grow and strengthen the sales team in the Western Europe region. Assisting in the brand awareness and delivery of the business targets in this territory.

  • Develop and secure business by working closely with Key Accounts to achieve forecasted targets.
  • Develop new business with prospective Key Accounts to achieve targets.
  • Identify customer key needs in order to adapt at best the commercial and marketing offers and develop the products opportunities.
  • Increase and improve the direct customer relationships and have a strong presence at all levels of the organization of key accounts.
  • Coordination of the core ads activities, monitoring the sell-through results and installation of sales plans.
  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the assigned Key Accounts that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Resolving key client issues and complaints
  • Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management, Anticipating key account changes and improvements.
  • Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present, inspire, negotiate and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Preparation and submission of weekly reports and monthly forecasts
  • Manage a team of remote Sales Managers in France and Italy

  • Master/bachelor's degree in marketing & Sales, Business Administration or similar
  • Minimum of 8 years' sales experience within the Consumer Electronic Goods industry with strong knowledge of account management
  • A proven background/experience in managing the main specialized retailers, the main online players and hypermarkets.
  • Experience in remote team management
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with ability to follow-through on client contracts
  • Knowledge of complete sales cycle management, from prospecting to closing.
  • Strong natural sales ability, highly motivated to over-achieving against set targets, team player
  • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals.
  • Great adaptability and flexibility to changes in a fast-growing organization.
  • Native level Italian, Spanish or French and fluency in English in written and verbal
