Head of Sales Eastern Europe
Title: Head of Sales Eastern Europe
Department: Global Sales team
Reports to: General Manager of Europe
Workplace: Home based - Eastern Europe
Subordinate: TBC
Job Objective:
This opportunity is for an experienced Sales leader to grow and strengthen the sales team in the Eastern European region. Assisting in the brand awareness and delivery of the business targets in this territory.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and secure a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Develop and maintain business, predominantly in Eastern European Countries especially in Russia, with prospective key accounts and distributors to achieve targets.
- Working closely with the Area Sales Managers in other designated European countries, monitoring and active management of their sales activities.
- Build loyalty and increase customer satisfaction through sales management.
- Secure and improve brand awareness on the market.
- Coordinate new product introductions and the correspond marketing activities.
- Managing communications between key clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate, present, inspire, negotiate and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Master/bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Marketing, or other relevant majors
- Proven track record as a European key account manager, ideally in a similar organization
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in consumer electronic or IT goods industry, ideally with existing network especially in Eastern European Countries especially in Russia
- Extensive experience in managing retailers/direct sales and distributors/channel sales.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth and delivery of results to business plans.
- Proven leadership ability to drive sales.
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
- Strong presentation and negotiation Skills.
- Fluent English in verbal and written, another European language would be a plus.
