This is an amazing opportunity for a Business Development Manager who has a background within the packaging industry- specifically working with premium/luxury brands!

Client Details

My client has been established for over 25 years and have created a strong, reputable brand for themselves in the packaging industry. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join them on their journey in driving growth across London the the surrounding areas.


The primary responsibility for the Business Development Manager will be to identify new sales opportunities with clients that position themselves as premium/luxury brands.

Further responsibilities include:-
  • Managing and developing existing relationships across the London and Southern region.
  • Working with multiple stakeholders to understand their design needs.
  • Building rapport and long term relationships through a consultative approach.
  • Staying abreast of competitor activity and capitalising on any revenue making opportunities
  • Working with internal stakeholders on an international scale to ensure a smooth transition through the sales process.
  • Taking ownership of the budget/forecasting across the assigned territory


The successful individual:-
  • Must have experience in the luxury packaging industry.
  • Will have a commercial, technical background with a strong understanding of the materials and processes used when constructing packaging products.
  • Will have a strong network within the industry to help hit the ground running.
  • Will be a self-motivated, determined, driven individual with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Will have experience of working with multiple stakeholders on a global scale (both internally and externally)
  • Will be analytical in their approach with a keen eye for detail.
  • Must be able to travel with ease across the London region
