The international sales manager will be responsible for managing Black + Blum’s distributor network worldwide. This highly important position will report directly to the Managing Director and hold overall responsibility for 20+ existing export markets as well as identifying new business opportunities for the company. Existing markets include Germany (number 1 distributor market) , Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Australia, Poland and Scandinavia. The role will require a modest level of international travel and will be partially based from the office in Central London.

The business has doubled in size over the last 2 years with the majority of the increased revenue coming from international sales. In the main, products are sold to export markets via distributors.
Black + Blum will create a financial package designed to attract their preferred candidate. The salary offered will reflect the skills and experience of the individual selected.
You will be an international sales professional with experience of working with consumer goods and you will be familiar with the management of distributors which subsequently sell into both traditional and on-line retail channels.
Fluency in German is desirable for this position but is not essential
Suitable candidates will live within a reasonable commute of Central London and be willing to undertake a manageable level of international travel.
