Salary - £35-45k but dependent on experience

About our client:-
We are working with a large Fresh Food business who have a large market share in their sector. In order to enable continued growth, they are looking to employ a Category and Insight Manager to ensure their complete offer to their retail customers remains strong.

About The Role:-
You will be working closely with the Senior Commercial team to ensure the business and it's customers are at least aligned with the rest of the industry, but preferably leading the way!
Understanding the business and it strategic path will be crucial in guiding them effectively. You will be responsible for the overall category reviews and recommendations back to the business, as well as driving the short term insights as well.

The Ideal Candidate:-
Experience of working as an Own Label Category Manager, dealing with the major UK Retailers is essential. They need someone who is experienced enough to not need hand holding and is able to drive the category insight forward. The business thrives on people with creative flare and the ideal person will be able to demonstrate this trait.
