Double Dutch are looking for an experienced and result-driven Head of Marketing to join our awesome team! As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the company's marketing strategy with a strong focus on digital. Building our digital brand is extremely important to the company's success, and therefore this role will be crucial in helping to achieve our business goals and objectives. Your role will have a strong focus on digital marketing including e-commerce, but will also include building our general marketing plans; including events (when the world opens again), customer activations, partnerships, brand building, PR, social media etc.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Build, plan and implement the overall marketing strategy with a key focus on digital
  • Manage and oversee all digital marketing channels
  • Measure ROI and KPIs
  • Responsible for the digital marketing strategy and marketing budget
  • Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content
  • Track and measure SEO, PPC, and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports Develop SEM and paid digital / social campaigns
  • Optimise & suggest improvements to increase online sales through different channels
  • Build an inbound marketing plan
  • Research and forecast future sales and performance trends

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a senior marketing role with a digital focus
  • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
  • Familiarity with web design
  • BA in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field, or a general BA but then supporting professional marketing qualifications
  • Being proactive in suggesting ideas, strategies and projects
  • Being creative – a passion for ideas, energy to create and deal with current challenges in this ever-changing environment due to Covid!
