An exciting on-trend health business is looking for a hungry and passionate Commercial Director to join a business that is looking to grow over the coming years.

An already established company with brands and NPD in the pipeline, this is a fantastic opportunity to take a business from strength to strength, you will join a close-knit team that all work collaboratively towards the same goal. This is a very exciting time in the business’ history and you will be able to make a real difference to a business that has ethics at its core.

You will be responsible for the commercial strategy of the business working hand in hand with senior leadership to help grow sales and ranges in the right places. You will ensure the viability of commercial deals and maximise the right products in the right retailers for the right prices.

We are looking for an experienced Commercial/Sales Director with solid retail/wholesale/food or food-related FMCG experience to join an expanding business as a senior member of the team.  Working in partnership with the senior management team, this position will involve working cross-functionally with a dedicated team. You will have a proven success track record in managing major multiple accounts in a branded and/or own label environment.

The role requires the successful candidate to possess strong and effective negotiation skills backed up with a solid grasp of commercial principles.  You will be commercially astute, someone who has developed excellent relationships at a senior level with the UK major multiples and a natural team leader proficient at driving growth whilst maintaining gross and net profits. You will be a self-motivated, resilient and ambitious individual looking for your next opportunity to showcase your worth.


  • Demonstrable experience operating in a commercial leadership role.
  • Experience with Major Multiples and Wholesale and Discounter channels.
  • Experience of launching new brands into retail.
  • Current experience in the food industry would be preferable but other industries may be considered.
  • Must be an individual with grit and hunger, with the desire to grow both the business and personally.
