The role:

• Responsible for managing the On-Trade strategy for the business within the UK market
• Focus on supporting growth across the channel, delivering across Independent, Retail and Route to Market sectors
• Manage 4 direct reports
• Support the On-Trade team, providing insights and recommendations that deliver on commercial strategy objectives

Ideal candidate:

• Will be an expert in the On-Trade channel, with multi-channel experience
• Has strong leadership credentials and has experience managing a team
• Excellent at building relationships, within both the UK and globally
• Experience of both Customer and Category Marketing
