Our client is a family-owned and well-established award-Winning Regional Horticultural, Arboricultural and Landscaping Organisation.

About the Job

Taking overall responsibility for the HR function spanning across four businesses for the Group. You will be required to promote HR best practice at all times and provide expert advice to the Board of Management and all employees throughout the business. The ability to provide an efficient and effective HR service which supports all aspects of an employee's relationship and engagement with the Company including recruitment, terms and conditions of employment, training and development activities, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and Company policies.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be CIPD Qualified or QBE with an excellent and demonstrable knowledge and understanding of Employment Law. Previous experience collating and implementing HR strategies and the ability to challenge and push forward HR best practice is also a must.
