We are delighted to be working on a senior sales role working for a premium drinks company that continues to grow within a challenging market.

As a result of continued growth our client are recruiting for sales director to help head up their strong sales team of over 25 people. They are looking for someone with an brilliant track record in sales as well as a proven ability to motivate and lead a team.

The chosen candidate will assist with driving the team to increase distribution, profitability and ensuring business opportunities are achieved across the customer base.

The successful candidate will have experience of selling within the On-trade and Off-trade channels, with clear successes in both channels. You will have great passion for the drinks industry with good knowledge especially of the wine industry, combined with the strong people management skills.

The role is mainly office based in the South East office with flexibility
