Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:
  • Demonstrable senior experience in Product Management in an agile environment
  • Optimise customer journeys and strive for an excellent user experience that converts into engagement with the brand and sales
  • Continuous testing of the subscription and non-subscription flows
  • Understand incoming traffic intent and build bespoke journeys meeting the intent
  • Collaborate with Acquisition and Retention to meet new and returning customers' needs
  • Regular analysis of website performance, e.g. traffic, conversion rates, funnel performance
  • Build product roadmap and prioritise development based on business cases
  • Review and upscale eCommerce infrastructure

The Successful Applicant
The Website Product Lead will need to have the following:

  • Proven track record in managing eCommerce website projects and teams
  • Strong UX/UI experience and a test & learn mindset to improve user experience
  • Well-versed in Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, A/B testing, heatmapping, user testing
  • A customer champion with experience in conducting user interviews and user research

What's on Offer
The candidate can expect to receive a salary of £55-60K.

The role is based in Hertfordshire with flexible working.
