Pharmaceutical Sector

Our client is a highly successful International pharmaceutical business that works closely with multiple retailers, major chemist chains and independents. To maintain their growth, they require a Field based Account Executive to manage regional chains and very successful high turnover individual pharmacists.

The role:

  • Selling the full range of their products and services to an existing portfolio of multiple operators based in Northern Ireland
  • Managing and developing relationships with independent pharmacies.
  • Increasing range, service levels, sales, and profitability.
  • Working closely with customers to develop joint business plans

The candidate:

  • Possessing strong commercial judgement and excellent negotiation sales skills.
  • Currently already at this level but with the desire to bring your experience to major international pharmaceutical business or have the potential to make the next step
  • An understanding of pharmacy retail is essential
  • A successful record in territory management and field sales
  • A confident business developer who can develop long term commercial relationships

Candidates must be able to demonstrate commercial success using small budgets successfully.
