Main accountability: Lead the profitable development of UK business (Walkers, Tropicana and Quaker) within the Restaurants channel, owning the major managed customers.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesDeliver sustainable growth across all categories in the AFH channel through developing key managed Restaurant chainsExecute the Restaurants strategy, working across a diverse customer base, incorporating Multi Year JBPs with the aim of growing our core business and expanding our brand footprintLead and own the delivery of tender renewals for your customersLead Top-to-top (T2T) interactions across customer baseRe-define the role both the AFH channel & our key Restaurant partners can play in helping PepsiCo UK to build and grow brands (marketing as a key cross-functional stakeholder)Develop Culinary innovation with key customers in collaboration with the European AFH teamManage the quickly evolving role and requirements of digital within restaurants to drive future relevance and growth of our PepsiCo categories within your customersManage & leverage key European stakeholders where European/ Global contracts existStep change the development and delivery of key strategic partnerships through World Class Customer Engagement (WCCE)
What we are looking forSuccess in a Commercial role, FMCG backgroundWell-developed analytical skills, combined with strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Knowledge of Tableau (or an equivalent data management tool) would be desirable but not essentialStrong drive for results with a desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial cultureCross-functional experience in order to leverage internal partnershipsExperience managing change: understands the measures required to drive sales performance of an organisationInfluencing and negotiation skills: ability to drive agenda within both customer and PepsiCo environmentExcellent matrix management and operating with large teams
