Position Summary



Reports to: Restaurants Controller
Direct reports: 0
Main accountability: Lead the profitable development of UK business (Walkers, Tropicana and Quaker) within the Restaurants channel, owning the major managed customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver sustainable growth across all categories in the AFH channel through developing key managed Restaurant chains
  • Execute the Restaurants strategy, working across a diverse customer base, incorporating Multi Year JBPs with the aim of growing our core business and expanding our brand footprint
  • Lead and own the delivery of tender renewals for your customers
  • Lead Top-to-top (T2T) interactions across customer base
  • Re-define the role both the AFH channel & our key Restaurant partners can play in helping PepsiCo UK to build and grow brands (marketing as a key cross-functional stakeholder)
  • Develop Culinary innovation with key customers in collaboration with the European AFH team
  • Manage the quickly evolving role and requirements of digital within restaurants to drive future relevance and growth of our PepsiCo categories within your customers
  • Manage & leverage key European stakeholders where European/ Global contracts exist
  • Step change the development and delivery of key strategic partnerships through World Class Customer Engagement (WCCE)

    What we are looking for

  • Success in a Commercial role, FMCG background
  • Well-developed analytical skills, combined with strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Tableau (or an equivalent data management tool) would be desirable but not essential
  • Strong drive for results with a desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial culture
  • Cross-functional experience in order to leverage internal partnerships
  • Experience managing change: understands the measures required to drive sales performance of an organisation
  • Influencing and negotiation skills: ability to drive agenda within both customer and PepsiCo environment
  • Excellent matrix management and operating with large teams
