Strong Foodservice specialist with an increasing footprint and track record in grocery retail, they are looking to unlock more grow in Grocery Retail and the Discounters.
You'll manage the sales team, reporting directly into the GM (two years in and they've already achieved a lot) and you’ll be a part of the senior leadership team - a pivotal position with influence. Fresh, dynamic, focussed on growth and best practise, this is how the Owner would describe the senior leadership team. All the guys have been brought in for their industry pedigree and for their strong commitment to the companies vision for growth.
You'll be singing from the same hymn sheet as a fresh, committed peer group of grown-ups. You'll be in a great position to leverage the progressive output of the collective to drive momentum and focus in your own plans for the sales team. You'll enjoy the challenge of winning new business and will have a strong focus of modern management practices and getting the most of your guys. Team focus, commercial drive and people-skills are the secret ingredients here.
