The role:
- eCommerce Manager to hold ownership of the eCommerce Sales & Marketing Plan and continue to develop the brand
- Analyse and report key customer engagement and behaviour metrics including affiliate marketing
- Ensure full website accuracy and optimisation, and liaise with external agencies on further performance marketing projects
- Own and develop online communication strategies
- Work closely with the Digital Content Manager and Operations team to ensure optimum website user experience and make recommendations for improvements
Ideal candidate:
- eCommerce Manager / Executive with 2+ years’ experience in eCommerce ideally working for an FMCG manufacturer
- Experience with Magento software desirable
- Excellent understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing best practice
- A growth mindset – this eCommerce Manager must be comfortable working in a fast-growing, agile and high-paced team
- Proficient in Web Analytics tools and Microsoft Office suite
- Resilient with strong project management skills
- Creative and able to problem solve effectively
