Business Development Manager

Have you got a background in Animal health, Human Health, Nutrition or supplements and want to grow a business through strategic sales? This business operates in over 90 countries worldwide and there is a real opportunity to expand this further as they have recently been acquired by a multi-national company.

This role will solely focus on the Animal Health division for the business and you will be expected to maintain relationships with existing B2B customers but then grow and develop new partnerships across Europe.

The package on offer for this role is between £60,000-£80,000 plus car allowance, bonus, commission, healthcare and a cracking pension.

Remit of the role:

• To be the primary contact for new product enquiries.
• Develop business plans to increase sales.
• Liaise with the clients and manage several portfolios
• This role will report into the commercial director.

Prerequisites for this role are

• You will have worked in a senior sales role within the following sectors, Animal health, human health, nutrition or dietary supplements
• Self-motivated individual with a strong business acumen.
• Proven track record in bringing on new business and hitting targets .
• This role can be based anywhere within the UK or Europe, you would be expected to be in the office at least once a month.
