Our client, operates as an autonomous division of a large global group with diversified operations across a range of sectors. The team are operating in FMCG food and drink and have developed a brand new concept that will be launching into the UK food market in 2021.
The project is backed with a £multi million investment that will support development of, production, marketing and sales capabilities to enable effective delivery of the product into the Foodservice and Out of Home market.
This is a Greenfield role. Currently there is no existing marketing, category or brand planning execution in place. Therefore, you MUST be well organised and methodical in your approach as your core customers will be B2B in their nature with interest in attracting new consumers into their establishments across the HORECA network along with other food manufacturers.
Through use of Insights based analysis you will identify core markets and build plans that will support the commercial objectives within both UK and a Europe to launch this niche product.
It will involve social media, range extensions and brand plans along etc
It will not involve spending massive marketing budgets and time in London / Leed/ Manchester speaking with brand agencies.
Ready to make your second or third career move within a commercial marketing environment, you will have experience of using data systems to make marketing decisions. Increasing penetration through marketing planning and driving commercial growth through energising your end customers. To be successful, you will have a history of pushing hard within internal and external customers to win and be able to demonstrate the ability to fight for market share. Reward for this will see you promoted in either the UK business or elsewhere in the group
